Pre-heater
Pre-heater adopts the newest technology which is called hot water heating type to avoid the scaling problem. The scaling problem is caused by using steam to heat the material directly whose temperature is very different with the raw material.
The working life can be long time and suitable for the tomato paste industry. The temperature control system is automatic and online type. The pre-heating temperature is controlled by the Italy valve which is high quality and stability. There is raw material refluence control design in case the heating temperature can not reach the set point.
Reasonable designing structure and accurate temperature control can keep the color and flavor.
